The rates of the rooms in the hotel are very affordable. However, due to increase in the revenue, the hotel management must increase the rate so as to keep up the increasing cost. The hotel does not have swimming pool and gymnasium and this is one of the main drawback of the hotel. The lavish surroundings and the exceptional quality of food and service are the main competitive strategy of the hotel. The services which are provided by the hotel will help to keep the team organized and this is considered critical for the hotel industry.
